Shorts! Shorts! Shorts!

We usually receive programs that are from between 30 minutes and 2 hours. However in the last six months MTN has received an INFLUX of programs just over the 30 second mark. THANKS! MTN is ready for all kinds of your programming and a minute is just as important as 30. Don't forget that if you are a non-profit or know of a non-profit that could use some airtime to talk about an upcoming project or event, MTN offers a great deal with our Studio C.

The march will happen on Saturday October 2nd, however due to scheduling issues MTN will broadcast the coverage captured from the previous day on Sunday October 3rd from 10am to 4pm on channel 16. The coverage will include the podium speeches of the day , interviews with march organizers and with participants in the crowd. Laura Flanders and Thom Hartmann are a couple of the commentators scheduled to provide context and analysis, as well as reporters from The Nation Magazine. Special thanks to Freespeech TV who will be covering the event and allowing us to rebroadcast their footage.

and Stand-Alones!!!

The programming department has received so many new Stand-Alone programs this year and it is GREAT! We love receiving programs for Series slots on our channels but there really is something special about a Stand-Alone. With a Stand-Alone you are open to turn in everything from a SHORT to a 2 hour program about your favorite topic. Keep sending those Stand-Alones our way, we are always awaiting your latest project!

REMEMBER: Someone YOU Know Could Take the FREE MTN Orientation

Upcoming dates for the orientation: October 5th, October 13th, and October 27th. Come on down, send someone, come as a GROUP and learn what MTN is all about!
